In a large mixing bowl mash 2 potatoes. Add onion, chilli powder, salt, pepper, and cheese and mix well. Roll this mixture into oval balls and keep aside. Ensure that the size is small and fits into your bread slice.
Flatten slices of bread using a rolling pin. Brush the edges with water and place the stuffing roll tightly.
Deep fry the rolls until golden brown on medium flame. Serve with your favourite dips!
