Egg in a hole

Serves 2
Ingredients : 2 Slices of CrustWorthy Shokupan 3 tsp butter 2 egg Salt & Pepper, as per taste

Melt butter in a nonstick pan over low heat.

Cut a 2-inch hole in the center of bread slice; place in the hot pan and cook until lightly toasted. Flip the bread and crack 1 egg into the hole; season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until the egg firm; flip again and cook 1 minute more.
